Arrived at the Post Cafe, Marrickville, for a late lunch on Mothers Day. It was packed. The staff were very welcoming &amp; said they would sort a table if we could wait a few minutes. Within 10 minutes we had a table. They have a great menu &amp; we ordered quickly. There was a delay with the service on this day but only to be expected as, being Mothers Day, it was really busy. Great atmosphere, wonderful, pleasant staff. The meals portions are really generous &amp; our meals were fantastic. Wonderful coffee!! As patrons were leaving the cafe the manager gave all the ladies a choice from a selection of flowers they had on display. What a nice, thoughtful gift for Mothers Day. This place is really worth a visit. PS I checked out the breakfast menu whilst there. It&#39;s for us for sure.

We saw long queues at the store entrance as we passed by the bus, so we decided to turn back and eat. There was no one in line at about 5:30 pm (it was almost 6 pm), so we could still chat with the owner. He and his family/staff were super friendly. She has been in this business for 7 years and she combines tradition and modernity very well. This Saigon-style traditional sandwich stall catches up with modern hygiene standards and is fantastic! The pork rolls here are undoubtedly the best. . There is a barbecue, fresh vegetables, delicious fish sauce and, of course, a huge amount of crisp pork rolls wrapped in a thick layer of homemade mayonnaise. This is one of the best I have ever had. It costs only $5. In Los Angeles, it is likely to cost $10 to buy a sandwich from an expensive fast food car. I will definitely come back to this store next time I return to Sydney!

this place is near my work, so go semi regularly. the best thing ever is the Croque Monsieur, fabulous if you love cheese!! I have almost every time I go. have tried a few other things, which are very good, but nothing beats that cheese. the place has a nice relaxed feel, with a bonus outdoor seating area. I recommend to give it a go.

Lentil As Anything is a cool vegan buffet restaurant with a mobile menu (it was Janpanese Inspired the day I went there), and you can choose the amount you want to pay.
Their Japanese pancakes are a must! But I think they are more like fritters than pancakes! The chubby chef insisted that I order more [sad face]
